Arrange a session
A line or two about what's going on is enough to get started. You don't need to explain everything up front.
The practice
About 30 minutes from Cork city, with free parking nearby.
The office is wheelchair accessible.
Availability
Daytime and evening appointments, Monday to Friday. Online sessions available nationwide and for clients who may be travelling abroad.
Initial contact
If I have upcoming availability for new clients, I will contact you to arrange a short 10–15 minute preliminary phone call. This is to ascertain whether I can help you, so that you are not wasting a waiting period only to find that you might be best supported with another service.
After booking
Once an appointment is agreed, you will receive a Google Maps pin, office access information and payment details by text.
What to include
- A sentence about what you'd like help with
- Whether you'd prefer in person in Midleton or online
- Days and times that generally suit you
- Whether your employer's EAP is covering the sessions
