Cookies and analytics

The site uses one essential cookie to remember your analytics-cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. We use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to see how visitors move through the site. These tools process anonymised or pseudonymised data, including page views and approximate location. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the site consent cookie in your browser.

How long we keep your data

  • Contact enquiries: up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you become a client, in which case therapy records are kept in line with IACP guidance.
  • Analytics data: Google Analytics retains activity data for up to 26 months; PostHog retains it for up to 14 months.
  • Cookie consent preference: up to 2 years, or until you clear your browser cookies.

Who we share your data with

I do not sell your personal data. Data processors used by the site include Google Analytics and PostHog for analytics (only with your consent), and the email delivery service used to forward contact-form enquiries. All processors are chosen for their security standards and are used only for the purposes described above.

Your rights

Under Irish and EU data-protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or request a copy. To exercise any of these rights, please get in touch.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the contact form uses server-side delivery. Clinical records are kept separately from website data and are not stored online.
